As a member of the RA Data & Technology Global Leadership Team, the RA Digital Innovation Platform Lead adds value to the strategic vision of Regulatory Affairs by leading a team of associates to support the digitalization of RA by identifying, exploring and delivering digital innovation and automation opportunities.

As a member of the RA Data & Technology Global Leadership Team, the RA Digital Innovation Platform Lead adds value to the strategic vision of Regulatory Affairs by leading a team of associates to support the digitalization of RA by identifying, exploring and delivering digital innovation and automation opportunities.
About the Role
Major Accountabilities:
- Foster a culture of innovation within regulatory affairs by actively proposing and
- entertaining disruptive ideas and technologies challenging the status quo and historical ways of working, leveraging a creative design thinking approach and experiences from other industries.
- Develops compelling, value-driven business proposals for project funding.
- Identify relevant existing Capability or evaluates disruptive technologies for the
- business through delivery of minimum viable products (MVPs) and proof of concepts (PoCs).
- Pro-actively evaluates opportunities for digital innovation and automation delivery across varying areas of technological disciplines with the objective of meeting business needs.
- Leads the implementation and scale-up of digital innovation and automation in collaboration with relevant Capability Leads and IT innovation partners.
- Builds and maintains collaborative and productive partnerships across the Platform team and enterprise stakeholders to achieve business priorities.
- Anticipates and actively manages changes by updating on ongoing activities and current initiatives. Identifies risks and enables its’ resolution. Escalates issues when necessary to facilitate resolution at the appropriate level.
- Enable early adoption of emerging technologies and associated organizational change management.
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience in technology or regulatory affairs with proven track record of deploying automation and innovation solutions, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- In-depth understanding of drug development, regulatory requirements processes and technology and data-driven needs within Regulatory Affairs.
- Strong strategic problem-solving skills and innovative mind-set.
- Strong project/program management skills including change management experience.
- Passionate about cutting edge digital innovation and enjoys working in uncertain environment and uncharted territory.
- Demonstrated leadership in driving clear strategic thinking, prioritization, maintaining awareness of business impact.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Requirements gathering and accurately connecting the dots even when there’s ambiguity.
